🏔

Hill-Ready Drivers

The last ~250 km is mountain highway. Our Manali drivers know the tunnels, blind bends near Pandoh, one-lane patches between Kullu and Manali, and when to avoid night driving.

What is the Noida to Manali distance by cab?

The Noida to Manali distance by cab is roughly 540–560 km from Sector 18, Sector 62 or the Noida Expressway sectors to Manali Mall Road, and around 560–570 km from Greater Noida West. Roughly half the journey is flat expressway and national highway through Haryana and Punjab; the second half, from Kiratpur Sahib onwards, climbs through the Shivalik hills into Himachal Pradesh along the Sutlej and then the Beas river. That split matters: the first 300 km go quickly, while the last 250 km run at hill speeds, which is why the Noida to Manali distance by cab takes 12 to 14 hours rather than the 8 or 9 a plain-road trip of the same length would need.

Which route does the cab take from Noida to Manali?

Main route: NH-44 and the Kiratpur–Manali four-lane (recommended)

From most Noida sectors the driver joins the Eastern Peripheral Expressway via Greater Noida and exits at Kundli onto NH-44, which avoids central Delhi traffic and the Delhi commercial-vehicle entry charge. For pickups near the DND or Sector 15–18, the Ring Road to Mukarba Chowk can be faster before 6 AM. NH-44 then runs past Murthal, Panipat, Karnal, Kurukshetra and Ambala to Zirakpur. From there the cab bypasses Chandigarh via Kharar and Ropar to Kiratpur Sahib, where the Kiratpur–Manali four-lane begins. The four-lane section to Nerchowk uses several new tunnels and viaducts, cutting out the old climb over the Swarghat hills, and more recent tunnels between Mandi and Kullu have shortened the Pandoh gorge stretch. After Kullu the road follows the Beas through Raison and Patlikuhal into Manali.

Alternative routes

If a landslide blocks the four-lane, drivers fall back on the old NH-205 via Swarghat to Bilaspur, or β€” rarely β€” the longer Una–Hamirpur–Mandi road. Between Kullu and Manali, the left-bank road through Naggar is used when the main highway on the right bank is shut; it is narrow and was badly damaged in the 2025 monsoon, so we only use it when needed. Some travellers ask to break the journey in Chandigarh; see our Noida to Chandigarh cab page if you want to spend a night there first.

Toll plazas and state charges on the Noida to Manali route

A car pays toll on the Eastern Peripheral Expressway (or none on the Ring Road option), then at plazas on NH-44 in Haryana such as Panipat and Gharaunda, at Ghaggar near Zirakpur, on the Kharar–Kurali section, and on the Himachal four-lane at plazas including Garamoura and Takoli. Together that comes to about β‚Ή900–₹1,200 one way for a car. On top of tolls, Himachal Pradesh collects an entry/barrier fee from outside-state vehicles (receipt valid statewide for 24 hours), and Manali adds a green fee at the town entry. For a UP-registered taxi these charges together usually add a few hundred rupees. Every figure here is approx. and rates change β€” we confirm the current amounts on WhatsApp before you book, so there are no surprises at the barrier.

How long does the drive take β€” and should you travel overnight?

A 4–5 AM start from Noida reaches Kiratpur around noon, Mandi by mid-afternoon and Manali by 6–8 PM. In peak summer weekends, add an hour or two for jams at Kullu and at the Manali entry. We generally recommend daytime driving on the hill section. If you prefer an overnight departure (around 9–10 PM from Noida), the plains are covered in the dark and the mountain section after sunrise β€” a safe pattern our drivers are used to. We avoid planning arrivals on the Mandi–Kullu–Manali stretch late at night during the monsoon.

Weather, landslides and snow

July to mid-September brings monsoon landslides around Pandoh, Aut and the Kullu–Manali stretch; roads can close for hours. December to February brings snow to Manali town now and then, and heavy snow beyond Solang can stop traffic to the Atal Tunnel. In those months your driver carries snow chains when needed and may stop short of snow points if police close the road β€” safety comes first.

One way cab Noida to Manali β€” pay for one side only

Many travellers only need the drive up: they stay in Manali for a week, work from a cafΓ© in Old Manali, or plan to return by an overnight Volvo. A one way cab Noida to Manali charges just the ~550 km you travel, starting at β‚Ή7,199 in a sedan and β‚Ή10,099 in an Ertiga. The fare already includes fuel and the driver; you pay tolls and the Himachal entry charges as you go, and we list them for you in advance.

Outstation cabs one way Noida to Manali with onward drops

Our outstation cabs one way Noida to Manali can also end beyond town: Solang Valley hotels, Sissu across the Atal Tunnel (weather permitting), Kasol in the Parvati Valley, or Bhuntar airport for a flight out. Mention the final drop when you book and we'll price it as one continuous trip, not two separate taxis.

2 way cabs to Manali β€” why they are multi-day

Because the drive alone takes 12–14 hours each way, a same-day return is neither safe nor sensible. Our 2 way cabs to Manali are therefore booked as a round trip of at least 3 days: one day up, time in the valley, one day back. The cab and driver stay with you in Manali for local runs to Hadimba, Vashisht and Solang, so you don't bargain with local taxis every morning.

Book cab for 2 days, 3 days, 4 days, 5 days or 6 days

Book cab for 2 days β€” what is realistic for Manali

We get this request often, so an honest answer: a 2-day return trip to Manali means roughly 26 hours of driving in 48 hours, with almost no time in Manali and a tired driver on hill roads. We don't sell it as a package. If you only have 2 days, the better options are (a) book a one way cab Noida to Manali on day 1 and a separate one-way return later, or (b) choose a closer hill station β€” our Noida to Shimla cab works well as a 2-day trip. If Manali is a must, the 3-day package below is the shortest round trip we recommend.

Book cab for 3 days β€” Manali quick getaway

Day 1: early start from Noida, lunch at Bilaspur, reach Manali by evening. Day 2: Hadimba Devi Temple, Old Manali, Vashisht hot springs, then Solang Valley for the ropeway or paragliding. Day 3: early checkout and drive back to Noida by night. Sedan package from β‚Ή14,499.

Book cab for 4 days β€” Manali, Atal Tunnel & Sissu

Add a day to drive through the 9 km Atal Tunnel to Sissu and its waterfall in Lahaul, with a stop at Solang on the way back. From β‚Ή15,599 in a sedan.

Book cab for 5 days β€” Manali, Kasol & Manikaran

Spend two days in Manali, then drive down to Bhuntar and up the Parvati Valley to Kasol and the Manikaran Sahib gurudwara before heading home. See our Noida to Kasol cab page for the Parvati Valley details.

Book cab for 6 days β€” Manali, Kullu, Naggar & Dharamshala

A slower loop: Manali, Naggar Castle and the Kullu valley, then across via Mandi and Palampur to McLeod Ganj for two nights before returning to Noida. One driver, one vehicle and one fixed package price, from β‚Ή18,799 in a sedan.

Family cab for Manali β€” comfort on the hill roads

A family cab for Manali should be roomier than a city cab: the last 250 km are winding, and children and grandparents feel every bend. We suggest an Ertiga for four to six people and an Innova Crysta for seniors, heavy luggage or winter clothing. Drivers keep a steady pace, stop for motion sickness without complaint, and choose breakfast and lunch halts with clean washrooms. See our full cab service in Noida for 7-seater and 12-seater options.

Noida to Manali cab with driver β€” what's included

Every Noida to Manali cab with driver comes with a verified driver who has driven the Kiratpur–Manali four-lane and the Kullu valley before. Fuel, driver allowance and the driver's stay in Manali on multi-day trips are covered in the fixed fare. You pay only tolls, Himachal entry and green fees, parking and permits as they come.

Noida to Manali cheap cabs β€” without cutting corners on the hills

Our Noida to Manali cheap cabs are priced low because we plan return passengers from the Kullu–Manali valley, not because we send tired drivers or worn tyres. On a mountain route that would be a false saving. Every car has valid commercial permits, insurance and a fitness certificate, and is checked for brakes and tyres before a hill trip.

🏔 Places To Visit

Places To Visit In Manali With Your Noida To Manali Cab

Manali sits at around 2,000 m at the head of the Kullu valley, with the Beas river below and snow peaks on three sides. Its best sights are spread from Naggar in the south to Solang and the Atal Tunnel in the north, so having your own cab and driver saves both money and time over hiring a new local taxi each day.

1. Hadimba Devi Temple

The wooden, pagoda-roofed temple in the deodar forest of Dhungri, built in 1553, is Manali's best-known landmark. It is dedicated to Hadimba, wife of Bhima from the Mahabharata. The forest walk around it is lovely in the early morning before tour groups arrive.

Tips from our Manali drivers

  • Visit Hadimba before 9 AM in summer; queues for photos build fast after that.
  • Parking near the temple is limited β€” the driver drops you at the gate and waits nearby.
  • Carry a warm layer even in May; the forest stays cool.

2. Old Manali and Manu Temple

Across the Manalsu stream, Old Manali has apple orchards, stone-and-wood houses, cafΓ©s and the Manu Temple, associated with the sage Manu. The lanes are steep and narrow, so cars stop at the bottom and you walk up.

3. Vashisht village and hot springs

About 3 km from Mall Road, Vashisht has natural hot sulphur springs with separate bathing areas beside the stone Vashisht temple. It's a good first stop to shake off the long drive, and the trail to Jogini Falls starts nearby.

4. Solang Valley

Roughly 13–14 km from Manali on the road to the Atal Tunnel, Solang is the base for paragliding and zorbing in summer and skiing and snow play in winter, with a ropeway up the slope. Prices for adventure activities are set by local operators β€” agree on them before you start.

5. Atal Tunnel and Sissu

The 9.02 km Atal Tunnel under the Rohtang range opened in October 2020 and connects Manali to Lahaul in minutes instead of a day over the pass. On the far side, Sissu has a waterfall and lake with wide mountain views. The tunnel can close temporarily after heavy snowfall, and a Lahaul visit may need online vehicle registration β€” our driver checks the status the evening before.

6. Rohtang Pass

At about 3,980 m, Rohtang is usually open from late May or June until October or early November. Vehicles need an online permit from the Tourism Development Council portal (currently β‚Ή500 plus a β‚Ή50 congestion charge, approx.), with a limited daily quota released in batches; vehicles over 10 years old are not eligible. In peak season the quota fills quickly, and some days local taxis get most slots β€” we'll tell you honestly whether your cab can get a permit, or help you book a local one.

7. Mall Road and the Tibetan monastery

Manali's pedestrian Mall Road has woollen shops, Kullu shawls, momos and trout restaurants, and the Himalayan Nyingmapa Gompa monastery is a short walk away. Evening is the best time to stroll.

8. Naggar Castle and the Kullu valley

Naggar, around 21 km south of Manali, has a 15th-century stone-and-timber castle and the Nicholas Roerich art gallery. Further down, Kullu offers river rafting on the Beas near Babeli and Pirdi, and the famous Kullu Dussehra fair in October.

Worth-it stops on the way

The Murthal dhabas for parathas, Kiratpur Sahib gurudwara, the Bhakra–Govind Sagar views near Bilaspur, Sundernagar lake, Mandi's old temples and Pandoh dam on the Beas. If you are heading on to Dharamshala after Manali, see our Noida to Dharamshala cab page.

💬 Before You Book

Questions People Ask Before Booking A Noida To Manali Cab

How long does a cab take from Noida to Manali?

About 12 to 14 hours via NH-44 and the Kiratpur–Manali highway, with meal and rest breaks. Many families prefer to break the journey overnight at Chandigarh or Mandi.

Is a cab better than a Volvo bus from Noida to Manali?

Volvo buses are cheaper per seat but leave from Delhi and drop you at the Manali bus stand. A cab goes door to door, stops when you want and lets you sightsee on the way β€” better value for families and groups of 4–6.

Is the HP entry fee included in the Noida to Manali cab fare?

Tolls and parking are paid at actual cost. If anything else could apply to your trip (like a long wait or a change of drop point), it is written into your quote before you confirm, so there are no surprises at the end. Himachal's entry fee for outside taxis, Manali green fee and any Rohtang permit are listed separately in your quote.

Do I need a permit for Rohtang Pass or Atal Tunnel?

The Atal Tunnel to Sissu doesn't need a special permit, but Rohtang Pass needs an online permit for vehicles and is closed in winter. We'll tell you what applies on your dates.

Do I have to pay an advance?

Your fixed fare and payment options are sent on WhatsApp with the quote, and nothing is charged until you confirm.

Can I cancel my Noida to Manali cab?

Cancellation is free up to a few hours before pickup β€” we confirm the exact cut-off on WhatsApp when you book.

Can I do Noida to Manali and back in 2 days?

It's over 1,100 km of driving, including mountain roads, so a 2-day round trip isn't safe. Manali round trips are booked as packages of at least 3–4 days.

Is it safe to drive to Manali in the monsoon or winter?

Monsoon (July–August) brings landslide risk on the Mandi–Kullu stretch, and winter brings snow above Manali. Our drivers track road status and we'll adjust or advise honestly.

Which cab is best for 6 people going to Manali?

An Innova Crysta β€” it's more comfortable on long mountain drives and has space for winter luggage.

Where do we stop overnight on the way to Manali?

Chandigarh, Bilaspur or Mandi are common halts if you want to split the drive.

Who pays for the driver's stay on a Manali package?

On multi-day packages the driver's allowance and night stay are included in the package price.

Can I get a Noida to Manali cab right now?

Usually yes β€” call or WhatsApp 88002 73401 and we can typically send a cab in about 1 hour, 24Γ—7.

How we keep the Noida to Manali cab service price fair

A long hill route is expensive to run badly: empty return trips, breakdowns and last-minute driver swaps all end up in the fare. Cab Rental Hub plans return passengers from the Kullu–Manali valley and Chandigarh, keeps a set of drivers who regularly do the Himachal routes, and maintains its own cars. That is how a one way sedan can start at β‚Ή7,199 without cutting corners. The same discipline runs our monthly cab service in Noida for offices, so our drivers are vetted to corporate safety standards even on holiday trips.

Safety compliance on every Noida to Manali trip

  • Yellow-plate commercial vehicles with valid permit, registration, insurance, fitness and pollution certificates β€” all checked at Himachal barriers.
  • Police-verified drivers with commercial licences and hill-driving experience, rested before departure.
  • GPS tracking and a live location link shared with you or family back home.
  • No late-night driving on the Mandi–Manali stretch during monsoon; snow chains in winter where needed.
  • First-aid kit in every cab and a support team that can arrange help or a backup car.

What To Check Before You Book Cab From Noida To Manali

Manali is the longest and most weather-dependent holiday drive from Noida, so a cheap-looking quote can turn expensive. Check these before paying any advance.

  1. One way or round trip? Confirm the quote is for ~550 km, not 1,100 km disguised as "one way".
  2. Who pays the Himachal entry fee and green fee? Ask for approximate figures in writing.
  3. Has the driver done hill routes? The Mandi–Kullu stretch is not the place to learn.
  4. Yellow-plate car? Private cars used as taxis are stopped at HP barriers and are not insured for paying passengers.
  5. Monsoon and snow plan. Ask what happens if a landslide delays you by a day β€” extra driver days should be clear.
  6. Rohtang expectations. Understand the permit quota before promising the kids snow at the pass.
  7. Car condition. Ask for the model and age; check tyres and heater for winter trips.
  8. Driver details. Get the driver's name, number and car number before pickup.

How to book cab from Noida to Manali in 3 steps

  1. Call or WhatsApp 88002 73401 with pickup sector, Manali hotel, dates, and number of passengers.
  2. Get your fixed fare on WhatsApp within minutes, with tolls and HP charges listed.
  3. Confirm and receive the driver and car details. For urgent departures, the cab can reach you in about 1 hour.

Noida To Manali Cab Service β€” Complete Travel Guide

Why take a cab from Noida instead of a Volvo bus?

Overnight Volvos to Manali leave from Delhi (Kashmere Gate, Majnu ka Tilla or private boarding points), so from Noida you first spend an hour getting across the city with luggage. The bus drops you at the Manali bus stand early morning, and you then need a local taxi to your hotel. There is no railway into Manali β€” the nearest broad-gauge stations are Chandigarh and Kiratpur, and Bhuntar's small airport has limited flights. A Noida to Manali cab service picks you up at home, stops when you want, carries as much luggage as you need and drops you at the door. For a family or a group of four, a sedan or Ertiga split between you is often close to the cost of four premium bus seats plus local taxis β€” with far more comfort and control.

Best time to travel from Noida to Manali

March to June is the most popular window: pleasant days, snow still visible on the peaks, and Rohtang usually opening from late May. It is also the most crowded, with long jams at Kullu and Manali on weekends. July to mid-September is monsoon β€” green and cheap, but landslide-prone; keep a buffer day. Late September to November is clear and calm, great for photography. December to February brings snow and the festive rush around Christmas and New Year; roads beyond Solang can close, so plans need to stay flexible.

Ideal plan for your drive day

  • 4:00–5:00 AM β€” Pickup from your Noida or Greater Noida address.
  • 6:30 AM β€” Breakfast at Murthal on NH-44.
  • 10:30 AM β€” Cross Zirakpur and Kharar towards Ropar.
  • 12:30 PM β€” Lunch around Kiratpur Sahib or Bilaspur.
  • 3:30 PM β€” Tea break near Mandi or Pandoh dam.
  • 5:30 PM β€” Kullu and the Beas valley stretch.
  • 6:30–8:00 PM β€” Reach your Manali hotel.

Who books Noida to Manali cabs?

Families from Noida's high-rise societies on summer holidays, young couples on honeymoon, IT teams from Sector 62 and the Expressway sectors on offsites, friends' groups chasing snow at New Year, and remote workers heading to Old Manali for a month. Each needs something different β€” a sedan for two, an Innova Crysta for grandparents, a Tempo Traveller for twelve β€” and we match the car and schedule to the group.

Returning from Manali to Noida

If you went up by bus or with friends, we also run the return leg at the same fixed fares from any Manali hotel, Kullu or Bhuntar airport. Start by 6 AM to cross the hills in daylight and be in Noida by night. Many travellers book one way up and one way back on different dates β€” often cheaper than holding a cab for a week.
